No sign of letup in county growth

According to a study released by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, Macomb County added the most people, 34,300, and the most households, 21,200, of any county in southeast Michigan in the past four years. Kurt Metzger, research director of CULMA's Center for Urban Studies, said Macomb County, unlike other southeast Michigan counties, attracts more residents from its neighbors than it loses.
